The EVP-1 adapter is not pushed far enough into the OBD2 port
Solution
Push EVP-1 firmly into the OBD2 port.
Cause
The vehicle ignition is not switched on

Enter the VIN manually.

Cause
The acceleration was not intense enough or was too short. The system did not record the required engine load.
Solution
Find a safe stretch of road, make sure the test is running, and press the accelerator pedal more firmly (at least to half power) for 3 to 5 seconds.

The e-mail message was marked as spam.
Solution
Check the “Spam”, “Promotions” or “Social” folders in your mailbox. You can also find the report after signing in to your user account at ev-pie.com or ev-pie.biz.

The phone lost its internet connection after the test.
Solution
Make sure your smartphone is connected to the internet. You can also find the history and status of generated reports directly in your profile in the EVpie app.

Solution
Purchase the required number of credits at ev-pie.com or ev-pie.biz.
